The 2013 International Relationship-Based Care Symposium will be an event in which a highly respected international community of courageous and passionate leaders, all committed to transforming health care through the power of Relationship-Based Care (RBC), will gather to gain new knowledge, celebrate success, and develop and renew collegial relationships.
The 2009 National RBC Symposium drew nearly 400 health care leaders who gained a deeper understanding of the power of leadership, trust, and commitment to creating caring and healing organizations. The focus was, and continues to be, on placing patients and their families at the center of care and treating them with the utmost kindness, compassion, and respect. It was a forum in which unprecedented sharing of constructive and innovative Relationship-Based Care methods were placed at the core of transforming health care, serving as a touchstone for future success.
The 2013 International Relationship-Based Care Symposium is presented by Creative Health Care Management (CHCM), which provides consultation services and products to health care organizations dedicated to culture transformation by implementing Relationship-Based Care. CHCM leverages the power of relationships across organizations to create healing environments where patients and families are truly the center of caring practice.
