About The Symposium
Creative Health Care Management is pleased to announce the first
National Relationship-Based Care Symposium to be held on July 28 –
July 31, 2009. We invite you to connect with other courageous leaders
from world-class organizations to celebrate the innovative ways in which
Relationship-Based Care is transforming health care delivery.

• Facilitate exchange of ideas, skills and innovations that have the greatest impact on transforming cultures.
