Continuing Education
Contintuing Education Credit will be available for nurses and physicians. General attendance certificates will be available to all other professionals as requested. To receive a certificate, participants are required to attend the program in it’s entirety and return a completed evaluation form. No partial credit can be given.
Nurses: This activity has been awarded 18.5 contact hours. Creative Health Care Management is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Physicians: CME has been applied for through the Central New York Academy of Medicine.
