The RBC Practicum will provide Project
Leaders with the clarity and competence essential for assembling
a collaborative team of change leaders. The program blends
a variety of experiential methodologies to develop competencies,
integrate learning relative to RBC, and design customized
strategies and outcomes in your individual organizations.
The experiential methodologies such as dynamic dialogue, circle
and reflection, appreciative inquiry, and action learning
will ensure that participants are actively involved in the
experience and apply their learning through presentations
and group discussions.
