Driving the Change to Relationship-Based Care

Training for Project Leaders and Team Members
Sharing the RBC concept with peers and employees, helping managers understand its benefits, and making it a success in your organization is a true challenge. Implementing what matters most in a complex environment requires persistence and strategic knowledge and skills. We know these skills and knowledge can be taught, learned, and applied to any organizational environment.

To help with the challenges you face in implementing the RBC program, Creative Health Care Management is introducing a new program: The Relationship-Based Care Practicum - An Intensive Training Course for RBC Project Leaders
A Practical Five Day Course

The RBC Practicum will provide Project Leaders with the clarity and competence essential for assembling a collaborative team of change leaders. The program blends a variety of experiential methodologies to develop competencies, integrate learning relative to RBC, and design customized strategies and outcomes in your individual organizations. The experiential methodologies such as dynamic dialogue, circle and reflection, appreciative inquiry, and action learning will ensure that participants are actively involved in the experience and apply their learning through presentations and group discussions.

Who Should Attend
We recommend a minimum of two people attend this seminar with the RBC Project Leader. The participant team would ideally include an executive nurse leader, an operational leader, a staff nurse leader or any other influential leader from any position within the organization who will be a champion for RBC. This participant team will provide leadership for designing , implementing, sustaining and evolving the RBC program within their organization. While the assigned Project Leader guides the way, the executive team and other key leaders are crucial to a successful implementation.
