  • When asked to rate the impact RSC had on their work, participants gave the program a rating of 4.75 (1=poor, 5=excellent).
  • When asked to rate the program overall, participants gave RSC a rating or 4.9 1=poor, 5=excellent).

When Nurse Environment compared two groups of nurses within one institution, the group that implemented Reigniting the Spirit of Caring was found to be more satisfied in all 13 of the aspects measured within the work environment.
