| Re-energize Staff and Attract Competent Professionals |
Reigniting
the Spirit of Caring (RSC) is three-day seminar
that grounds and renews care providers and their
managers in the many dimensions of caring. The
focus of the program is caring for self and
others.
Participants experience a renewed commitment to purpose and meaning in practice and a new perspective on collaboration with colleagues.
|
| Who
Should Attend
|
RSC is designed for care providers who seek
renewed commitment to their practice in these
challenging times.
Participants from all disciplines in all types
of health care settings report experiencing
a reawakening of joy and pride in their work
of caring for patients and a strengthening of
collegial relationships.
|
| Learn How to Regain Joy in Work |
RCS helps participants transform
their work environments into cultures in which personal
responsibility prevails, healthy relationships thrive,
appreciation is openly expressed, and caring and healing
are the constant and core reasons for existence.
Program activities include multimedia presentations, small-group
interaction, journal and dialogue with patients and families
about their care experiences.
Contact Mary Koloroutis
