LEO licensure is designed for maximum flexibility. Creative Health Care Management helps organizations identify effective internal facilitators and trains those facilitators to meet the unique needs of their organization.

After their training, LEO facilitators become part of an elite group with opportunities to exchange ideas with and learn from other facilitators. Through annual training updates both new and experiences facilitators are supported by CHCM consultants over the life of the license.

This one day follow-up session provides an opportunity for past LEO participants to deepen their understanding of the key LEO concepts, discuss challenges experienced in their application of those concepts and refocus their energies on strategies for the future.

This LEO refresher is recommended for anyone who has attended the LEO program in the past two years. Organizations can bring A Shot in the Arm in-house or attend one of the CHCM hosted refreshers.
