skills are highlighted by her experience in recruitment, management
and organizational design. Since 1986, she has lead a successful
executive search practice that has benefited health care companies
from small community hospitals to large academic medical centers.
Cynthia offers a strong clinical background mixed with impressive
knowledge of today's health care environment.
Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in nursing from Gustavus
Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. Her background includes
extensive experience with organ transplantation and medical facility
design. Her 13 years of health care experience ranged from nursing
to a variety of health care leadership roles at the University of
Minnesota Academic Health Center before she transitioned into executive
recruitment in 1986.
