Diane Bradley, MS, MPA, RN, NEA-BC, FACHCA


Diane’s credentials include over 20 years of managerial experience in acute and long term care and behavioral health settings, most recently as a Chief Nurse in a multihospital system. She brings a wealth of administrative experience from serving in the U. S. Army beginning as an Emergency Room staff nurse and advancing to a Chief Nurse of a 400-bed hospital. Her expertise is in conducting organizational assessments, developing innovative approaches to staffing and scheduling, constructing quality initiatives to improve staff and customer satisfaction, mentoring and career coaching, and working with interdisciplinary groups to realize the importance of teamwork and respect for each member’s contribution. She believes in challenging organizations and staff to test traditional norms to continually improve systems and outcomes.

Diane champions The Caring Model™ implementation and Facilitator program. In addition, she facilitates Leadership at the Point of Care, Relationships at the Point of Care, Leading an Empowered Organization, and Work Complexity Assessment. She believes in the advocacy role of all healthcare providers, particularly those who are at the point of care. Her dynamic presentation style immediately connects with her audience, and provides inspiration to participants to create a personal vision for success and excellence.

Areas of Expertise

Diane’s basic nursing education was from The Nightingale School of Nursing, a Diploma program in Toronto Canada. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Alfred University, a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester, a Masters degree in Public Administration from the SUNY at Brockport, and a Masters degree in Nursing Administration from St. John Fisher College. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Care Administration. While in the U.S. Army, she earned a diploma in Health Care Administration from Baylor University. Diane is certified in Nursing Administration, Advanced through ANCC.

Diane has taken leadership roles in a number of professional organizations to include Finger Lakes Organization of Nurse Executives. She is a member of AONE, NYONE, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators. She is adjunct instructor at the University of Rochester School of Nursing and Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
