Mr. Trout serves as adjunct faculty with Creative Health Care Management (CHCM). In this role he partners with Mary Koloroutis, CHCM Vice President and Consultant to teach "Creating Therapeutic Relationships with Patients and Their Families", a workshop focused on cultivating emotional safety for patients, which facilitates the patient's capacity to heal. The workshop for healthcare clinicians deepens understanding about how to be in such a relationship, in the context of a highly technical, fast-paced, time-constrained, and frequently chaotic health care environment.
